What aspect of your workday do you enjoy the most?

Meeting with customers and seeing how I can assist them each day. I want to make sure each customer is well cared for and we meet all their needs.

What is one thing you want potential customers to know about you?

My goal is the success of your project, whatever that may be. To ensure that the signage solution meets your needs and does its job.

What is your favorite project you have completed at Latitude Latimer Group? What made it special?

My favorite projects are ones we've developed long-standing relationships with. Projects like Dundee Theater, many NuStyle Development and Farm Credit Services endeavors, and most recently University of Nebraska Medical Center MMI addition. Being true partners on projects everyone knows what to expect and it makes projects move so smoothly.

In your years of selling signage, what is one thing you have learned that has helped you the most either with doing your job or with customers?

Follow through. Whether it's returning a phone call or checking in with a client after an installation. It's important to make sure my clients are happy with the work that is done and make sure they know I'm here if they need anything further.

What is your favorite thing about working with new customers?

Learning about my new customers, their business and goals to determine how we can partner to help them bring their ideas to life.

What part of each project brings you the most joy?

A satisfied customer at the completion of a project. It’s really something seeing a project completed in all its glory: sign installed, landscaping finished, and lit up. Especially considering where we started, many times with just an idea.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Golf, vacations, and family are where I am outside of work. Many times doing all of them at once.
