Erin Carey was raised in signage. Her experience and genuine passion for customer service make her an invaluable leader within the Latitude Signage + Design team. With nearly three decades in the company, Erin’s journey began long before her official title. She grew up at Latitude, spending summers and school breaks installing signs, making signage, and answering phones until she found her true calling in business development, where her communication skills shine.
A Career Built on Relationships
Erin’s business philosophy is that signage is part of the project, but people are what truly matter. She finds the most joy in meeting with customers, learning about their goals, and helping them bring their ideas to life with tailored signage solutions. Erin often emphasizes that the success of a project hinges on follow-through, from prompt communication during planning to checking in after installation.
Erin’s career at Latitude has been shaped by a deep connection to the craft and the clients she serves. Her early hands-on roles, from installer and sign maker to receptionist, gave her a strong foundation in the art and science of signage. Over the decades, she’s built a reputation not just for her technical understanding, but for her ability to build strong, lasting client relationships.

One project that holds a special place in Erin's heart is the restoration of Hoff Family Arts and Culture Center.
