Meet Rebecca Kleine, Business Development Manager & Architectural Signage Expert
Rebecca Kleine didn’t set out to build a career in architectural signage—but once she discovered it, everything clicked.
Today, she is a trusted Business Development Manager at Latitude Signage + Design and a seasoned signage expert with more than a decade of experience helping organizations simplify complex signage decisions. Known for her strategic mindset and approachable style, Rebecca guides clients through projects with clarity, confidence, and a genuine sense of partnership.
A Career Shaped by Strategy and Relationships
Rebecca’s professional journey began in banking, where she managed four branches while earning her MBA. It was during her final class that a pivotal connection was made when she partnered on a project with Todd Carey—now Latitude’s Vice President of Business Development and Marketing—and was introduced to the world of architectural signage.
“He mentioned Latitude was looking for a salesperson and wanted me to meet the founders, Tom and Dianne,” Rebecca says. “The rest is history.”
That introduction turned into a career spanning more than 12 years at Latitude, where Rebecca has worked across a wide range of industries and project types. From healthcare and corporate environments to large campuses and public spaces, she has helped clients create signage systems that not only communicate clearly but also elevate the built environment. Each project has added to her perspective, making her a steady, knowledgeable guide for clients navigating complex decisions.
A Collaborative, Design-Build Approach
At the heart of Rebecca’s work is a belief in communication and collaboration. She partners closely with clients, designers, and project teams from concept through installation, ensuring every detail aligns with both the vision and the budget.
Having seen countless projects come to life, Rebecca is a strong advocate for Latitude’s design-build model. She credits the company’s integrated process, advanced technology, and thoughtful workflows for delivering efficient, high-impact results.
“There are smart processes in place here that make designing, producing, and installing signage easier for our clients. Clear, consistent communication and true collaboration throughout a project are what make the difference between a good outcome and a great one.”
Beyond the Office
Rebecca brings the same intentionality to her life outside of work. She’s deeply committed to maintaining a healthy work–life balance, allowing her to be fully present both professionally and personally.
She serves on the board of Collective for Hope in Omaha and is a founding member of the Nebraska-Iowa Chapter of Women in Healthcare, supporting initiatives that empower women across the industry.
Most importantly, Rebecca values her role as a mom. With two sons involved in competitive sports, her calendar often includes basketball tournaments, football games, baseball games and track meets. She approaches motherhood with the same organization, flexibility, and care she brings to her work, proving that a fulfilling career and an active family life can thrive side by side.
Whether she’s coordinating wayfinding for a campus, developing environmental graphics for a healthcare facility, or reinforcing a brand through architectural signage, Rebecca is known for being a steady, thoughtful partner—someone clients trust to guide them every step of the way.
